Help Phone keeps turning itself off

I got my phone back in February and all was fine until May, when the phone kept turning itself off, I have sent it back for repair 3 times, and it comes back with the same fault. I have also tried a different battery.

They have now sent me a new phone, and it is doing the same thing. I have not loaded any apps on the phone.

Is this a common fault with this model? and will HTC or my network provider swap for a totally different phone. I am in the UK and my phone is with 02

try doing a factory reset (backup everything important first) and see if it turns off like you said. if it doesn't then the problem is an app that makes your phone to turn off.

I did all that, and didn't help, I just called HTC and it was not a new phone they sent me, but they sent back the faulty phone instead of a new one. Hopefully the replacement they send me will work.
