Help Phone keeps turning on "Priority Only" option 5.0 lollipop.

Its really been annoying me, every time i look at my notification bar i see that star that is saying that priority mode is turned on but i have never turned it on, i keep missing texts and calls because of it. Is there a way to permanently disable this function? Or rather anyone have another solution?

To turn it off just hit your volume key and change to all!

I dont see this at all when i hit my volume button, that dosent look like the s5.

Whenever I switch on or off Data, my N5 (Lollipop 5.01) by itself swithes to Priority mode. A minor inconvenience - I just have to remember to check it and switch to All. But why?

Could be a glitch from the update! I have a nexus 5&6 and haven't had any issues with it! The screen shot is of my 6!
