I changed my password last night and woke up this moring and now forgot my password, I have tried to guess more than 20 times and I dont want to HARD reboot it!! I need help!!!

If your phone has wifi or data on you should be able to press on the forgotten password message (bottom of screen) and enter your gmail account and password to unlock it. If not you are probably out of luck.
