Phone lost on Google Play

First my phone Galaxy Nexus I9250 works perfectly and so does all my APP`s

But if I log on to play.google.com the phone is NOT listed under My Devices

Also the welcome page of play shows all the APP`s that i have installed on the phone, but can

I had that. I managed to get Play store on a Coby tablet. Play worked, but Google never did recognize the tablet as a Coby (Not partnered with Google, I suppose)
What did annoy me, is Google called it a T-Mobile device, and tried to put TMO restrictions on it. The tablet was WIFI only, so TMO had NO say.

I also bought an unlocked Galaxy 3 Apollo from Amazon. Google called that an Android Device as that phone was not sold in the US. Play did work.

Just a wild-ass guess, that is probably wrong, but have you ever signed into that account with Google play on that phone? I'm thinking you might have multiple accounts.

Good Question Goodspike.
I thought so myself as I have multiple Android devices, unfortunate that was not the problem.

So strange that it does not listed under My Devices but, if i go to "Android Device Manager" i can track and make my "Device" ring.
Especially since its a Google Nexus phone

Anyone think a full hard reset would be of help ?, just so much work on a old phone

I have a similar issue. Since r00ting, I can't find Toshiko or Barnabas on Google Play. I find listings for a Toshiba Thrive and a Nook Tablet (there were multiple listings actually; I hid most of the redundant ones), but if I try to install an app on that device from a PC, the app isn't there when I check the tablet itself.
