phone low storage

i have just had a warning for low storage on my phone. why is this and is there anyway to get more storage. i thinned out my apps last week for a bit of space and dont know why ive suddenely got this coming up. any help welcome

Open your list of Apps under Manage Applications....hit the left button and organize by size. What are some of the biggest apps you have?

You could try removing one or two of the big apps and reinsalling them....they could be bloated if you have upgraded them over and over.

Chances are, you have too much installed on the internal memory.

You could always root the phone, so that it will let you install stuff on the SD card...run it right off the SD card.
