Phone memory problem

Is it possible to transfer or save memory from my phone (Samsung Vibrant 2.2 Not rooted) to my PC or somewhere when my phone is kinda bricked (It reaches the notification bar, which is unresponsive, but I get a blank black screen)?

You can't transfer memory, but you can transfer files from your phone to PC. Use a USB data cable, if one came with your phone. If not, you can transfer what you need to an Micro SD card, if you have a slot on you phone and use a USB micro adopter to then transfer from SD card to PC.
