how do i get my samsung galaxy ace 2 to store music and other media files to my memory card??
please help me!!
 
If you get a file manager from the Play Store (I use a free one called File Manager), you can move the files yourself.

Alternatively, you could connect the phone to a PC via USB cable and use Windows Explorer (Windows Key + E) to do the same thing.
