I have a Sony xperia I turned it on and says no network avaible but my sim card is in it I tried turning it off, taking sim out and turning on and off flight mode any help please?

Take it into the store. It could be something as simple as the SIM card went bad. (If the carrier is any good they'll replace it for free.) Or the account provisioning could have gotten corrupted (they can fix that on their computer). Or your phone could have gonne bad.
