can you get back into twrp?
yes i can
were you doing anything else in twrp? maybe try flashing a custom rom.
i tryed flash custom rom but that working
did you make a nandroid backup before flashing roms? if not, then that was your first mistake.
did you get your roms over at xda?
if not i would go here Xiaomi Redmi Note 5a (prime) roms/kernels/recoveries/ and other develpments and try the lineage os rom

also make sure that you are wiping correctly in twrp before flashing any thing.
yes i have an backup but my sd card isnt showing in twrp and yes i get roms from xda
Ok well try again. Maybe you did not wipe correctly. Or it was a bad download.

update: so i downloaded everithing again but still nothing work.. i am stupid
what happens after you flash a new rom through twrp? does it error? or it just does not boot? does it boot loop?

ok write down the steps you are doing to flash a rom in twrp and lets see what, if anything, you are dpoing wrong.
