Phone not charging...

My phone is not charging .... it is htc desire 826.. evertime when i charging my phone it called charging on ac... what is this what its mean.... whenever i tries to charges every time it called that charging on ac.... ...

AC would mean "alternating current". Actually the phone isn't receiving AC, but since that's what the mains supply is it's a shorthand for "using a wall charger" as opposed to "using a USB socket".

In other words, that sounds like a normal charging message, and indicates that the charger is supplying a normal amount of current (rather than the reduced amount a USB socket on a computer can provide). It gives no indication of why the phone is not charging.
