phone not charging

There could be several things causing this... We can work through this together to find the problem.
First, have you tried using a different battery or charger? If not? Then you might wanna do this first. Second, it is also possible that the charging port or cable has gone bad. Third, a steady orange/red light usually means the battery is charging. A blinking orange/red light means the battery is almost dead and need charging. A steady green light (while the phone is being charged) means that the battery has been fully charged.
