How do i get into the market on my gmail account because it keep saying im not connected to a server or its not provisioned for data services or something i need help

Your account is provisioned for data services when you open the account with your carrier. Call them and make sure you have data on your account (there are voice and text-only accounts) and that the account is provisioned for data. (The phone isn't "provisioned" at all.)
