Phone not showing up on PC

I was rooted before the latest OTA, now I'm not rooted and would like to root again but for some reason when I plug my phone into the USB port nothing happens. I've tried all the modes, PC, USB Mass Storage, etc, and nothing. I believe I have the most current drivers. I've spent the last hour trying and nothing. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I'm on a Win7 64bit. Thanks.

Are you using the OEM cable? Also, in Charge Only Mode, which is needed to root, your computer will not show anything is connected, but will exclusively charge your phone.

Whatever happend, don't know. Plugged my phone in this morning and no problems. I can't quite understand it. I restarted my computer and my phone last night and nothing. This morning worked just fine. Ugh.. Thanks for your help.
