Phone not working

[GReeves88]

I have an LG G5 and was updating to get the new OS. The looping icon is there but I can't reboot or restart my phone. Even if I remove the battery, the loop icon just shows up again as soon as I put back the battery. I think I should reset my phone now but am not sure how to do it correctly. Can someone help me?

Please contact LG customer support. You need a "hard reset" on it.
