how do i turn off the phone push notification

The phone does not have a single push notification on/off setting other than Airplane Mode, which stops everything inbound or outbound... including phone calls.
Every app that pushes information or updates to your phone would have to be set to not push data to you... if that's even possible. You would not get news or weather pushed to your device; but you might not get text messages or emails either, or even notification that a new Android version is available. So find out which app is annoying you most and use THAT app's settings to reduce or eliminate those notifications.
