Ok, my turn to ask for some help here. I'm getting killed with tele-crappium phone calls from every topic possible. Does anyone have any recommendations on the easiest/user friendly but affective app for blocking these calls? Even if I have to just block everything but my personal contacts, I don't care. All suggestions welcome..Thanks, gang!!

Yes, I have, way back, but I will check again what my status is. Who knows, thanks!!
Good deal. I just checked mine and I registered back in 2006. it does say that it never expires, but I don't know who all follows these rules, and now a days with all the spam bots, and whatnot, hopefully that app mentioned above will help you.

I work at a call center. The 'federal do not call list' is just a way for us to limit our calls to that phone number to just 3 times. And it's actually paid for by the 3 biggest call companies. So putting your number on there is a great way for us to find it

In Android 4.3 it was easy, I think you could just hold a finger on a call in your logs until a menu came up that included blocking that number. In Android 6.0.1 it is a bit more complicated. If you go to the Phone app > More > Settings > Call blocking > Block list > Log, you can then block calls from your call log. I don't know why Google made that more difficult to find.
