Phone numbers with brackets

Hi,

I have just left a BlackBerry Curve 9300 for a Galaxy S3/4G and consequently transfered all my contacts. Round brackets was not a problem for my BB but it seems to be one for Android. I get a "that number does not exist..." from my operator (Orange).

I don't know how many of my 3000+ contacts have round brackets but I guess quite a lot. Is there any trick to avoid editing them one by one ?

Brackets huh? Well, that's odd because when I was using my Groove IP app today to make a phone call on my tablet to call my work, there were brackets between the numbers, and I think hyphens too, and the number went through. Its best you ask around the S3 forums that Scary Alien has nicely linked you too. Good luck.
