Hi, I was told that when I activated my g-mail account to my new phone that all of my phone numbers from my old phone would be there. They are not. Am I doing something wrong?

Was your old phone an Android phone? If not, you'll have to export those contacts from the old phone to some form that gmail can import. If your old phone was an Android phone and you are sync'ing on the same gmail address, it's possible that you either had all your contacts saved tot he sim card, in which case they wouldn't sync, or you had sync'ing turned off.
