Help phone numbers

I have a Blu 6.0 and had to do a factory reset...knew I would be able to import all the contacts...which worked fine...but no phone numbers...or rather....1 phone number out of 200 contacts...all teh emails are there, but no phone numbers....

any ideas?

Imported from Google account? You definitely have the numbers linked to the account if you look on the computer?

Have you looked at the contacts via the GMail website to check that the phone numbers are stored there?

I'm pretty ignorant about this stuff. I have looked at the gmail account associated with my email. The contacts there are just email. No phone numbers.

I'm guessing by the sounds of it you saved numbers to phone rather than to google sorry but don't think you will be able to recover them. In future when saving contacts just double check where it says save to is google, then you will always be able to get numbers across all devices etc
