I have a new HTC Desire 816 phone.
When I turn it off, and then turn it back on, everything I have installed or set up gets deleted, and the phone is back to its original settings.
I turned my phone off this morning and plugged it in to get charged.
When I turned it on again, it went back to its original settings.
When the home screen comes up after being turned on, there is some Virgin Mobile download that shows up on the screen, and then the phone is reset to original specs.
This happens also after I unplug it from charging, whether it is off OR on.
Is this phone just a piece of garbage??? My last two phones were LG and I had SOOOOO many problems like this with them! Is the HTC a piece of crap as well?
Is there an android phone in the Virgin Mobile group that actually WORKS?
