Help Phone Often Just Shuts Down

bonobo

Lurker
I bought a Puerto Rican version of the Razr in January for use here in Thailand (no one sells Motorola here).

I like the phone, but more and more often, it just shuts off. I can restart it normally, and it works fine. But I am missing lots of calls.

I don't know if it is shutting off when call comes in or just anytime. I do get some calls, though.

The only ap I have installed is to turn the internet connectivity on and off, and I have had that since January. This issue of just turning off has only surfaced this month.

Any suggestions?

Weird ! get your phone checked...since when did this problem pop up?

It just started about 3 weeks ago. I noticed when it happened once. There was sort of a quite popping sound, and the phone was off. But when I then push the power-up button, it powers up fine.

I work in Thailand, and Motorola pulled out of here some time ago, so there isn't any place for me to take it to get checked.
