Help Phone on silent but vibrates when fully charged!

Hi I'm new to this. When my apollo is on silent, it still vibrates when the battery is fully charged. This is highly annoying at 3am in the morning. In silent mode it's not set to vibrate, I have no media sounds turned on, I've tried to turn everything off but it still does it.

I can't just turn my phone off because I use it as an alarm, and it doesn't self turn on if it's off (I miss this feature, old samsungs had it.)

Any ideas? I've downloaded Handcent SMS but that hasn't got an option for it (I don't think.) Is there a way to keep the phone charging constantly, as my phone is dead at about 7pm at night.

Thanks

Hm, is Silent mode on, or is it set to vibrate mode? It's a little difficult to tell the difference..

For some reason I can only turn on True Silent mode through Tasker. I can never find it in the settings. With the real silent mode on absolutely nothing makes noise or vibrates.!

trouble is I need my alarm, I can't see a way around it :/ it just doesn't make sense when it's turned on silence using the phones options it vibrates, yet doesn't when on loud?

Well silent mode won't affect the alarm. The alarm rings through it. Another way to turn true silent on for me is by turning the screen off, then lighting it back up i get two options: silent mode, or unlock the screen. But maybe that's cause I'm on a custom ROM.

Yeah I get silent, flight and off, tried it it's still the same. I just have to risk having my phone on loud and hope no one texts/calls. It's put me off buying another Samsung tbh. Thanks for your help though.
