Help Phone only vibrates sometimes

Just recently my phone will not vibrate on touch or when i get a text or any notification. The settings are still all the same. But whenever it wont vibrate if i shake the phone it will start vibrating again. It seems to me that the parts inside that make it vibrate are getting stuck or something. Does anybody have and experience with this? I did take it to verizon and they said it was an app on my phone that was causing it so they did a factory reset and it is still not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mine has a weak vibrate function, even sitting on my desk its sometimes is hard to tell, other times its noticeable. A co-worker has the Bionic and I can hear his across the room. I've just learned to check my phone the old fashion way as my led light doesn't always work either. Still love the phone even with the few quirks.
