phone overheated wont turn on tried new battery

my metro pcs android m930 activia phone got very hot when charging and wont turn on replaced battery still wont turn on sim crd looks like it melted

Sounds like you might have not used the factory charger and/or a charger that you shouldn't have. If your SIM card looks melted then your phone may well have been pretty damaged as well. Don't know that there's much we can do for you here without a bit more information.

Yeah, extreme heat and altered SIM cards don't sound too promising for being able rescue your device.

I'd advise contacting the retailer or carrier where the device was purchased and let them know what happened and see if it's a known or otherwise covered issue. Not sure what they'll say or do, but it does indeed sound like you have a hardware issue.
