Help phone portal login problem with WiFi

I can't get Phone Portal to work with WiFi nor USB. Lets just stick to Wifi for now. I enter the http in my browser and PP opens up, but keeps asking for my user name and password. No matter what I enter, it never accepts it. Which user name does it want? Can I get rid of this option? PLEASE!!!!

I too am having the same problem. When I first used the Portal there was no password login. A week later I'm being told to reset my password on my Atrix. How do I do this?

On your phone, open up Moto Phone Portal, go to Settings, and then click "Secure login". Make sure the "Enable login" option is unchecked. That should remove the username and password requirement.
