I have a problem with my phone. The model is GFEN N1020. I bought it a month ago along with the warranty. First off, the phone doesn't have any recovery mode. When I tried entering recovery mode, it only shows the phones logo which is GFEN. Then, the phone is currently on bootloop if I'm not mistaken or even just got stuck on the logo. It just can't seem to enter. Tried to find solution on the web but nothing helped. I really need help for this before I send it to the shops.

I tried doing a little research for you, but I'm not finding absolutely anything on this device other than its a Chinese tablet.

You've tried doing the obvious volume up+volume down and power at the same time while it's powered off?
 
Oh, okay. I did that many times ago and yeah, nothing works. It only shows me the GFEN logo. I'm quite frustrated since there's no recovery mode.
 
This is a known problem with some tablets and phones . the companies make them and something goes wrong with the recovery in the jellybean 4.1. Now if its a phone or tablet you will need to send back . reason is the company will tell you as well as the forums , the recovery is a major :eek:I repeat its a major help if the device becomes frozen or unresponsive this is your only tool to save and recover. I have went through serval tablets to notice recovery wasn't there. This is famous in a tablet called the Prestige 8 and 10. The company plays with you so your warranty is gone . I think you may want to get a new one or get money back.

You said you have a warranty on it yeah?

Probably the only advice I can give since there's next to no information about this device is send it in for warranty purposes to have it either worked on or completely replaced.
