Help Phone problems

Im having some recent problems with my phone. I have the Samsung Galaxy S 2 Epic 4g Touch.
My phone automatically turns itself on "driving mode" and the driving mode menue pops up randomly repeadly and won't let me text our do whatever I need to do.
It also puts itself in "USB Mode" even when my phone is not connected to anything.
And the last problem is while I'm taking on the phone it would automatically be on speaker and ill turn it off and itll turn on by itself..
all these problems happened at the same time. I've rebooted my phone plenty of times installed everything. My last step might be just to restore it to factory settings.

any one know a solution?

Is it rooted? If so I would suggest trying a different rom. If not I heard someone that had a similar problem on the evo forums where it would go into usb mode on its own and it turned out to be a problem with one of the pins in the usb port.
