Yesterday my phone randomly deleted all the pics from my camera folder but not the pictures that were in my SD card folder. This has never happened to me with any phone that I've ever had. I tried to do two live chats with Samsung. One of the reps told me the phone can't do that(well it did) and the other just didnt know what he was talking about. I emailed Samsung and the technical support told me they don't have the necessary tools to recover the pics. Is there anyway for me to get them back from the phone memory?
