Help Phone randomly will vibrate when it's supposed to ring! HELP!!

I have the Samsung Mesmerize and love it, BUT this is the 3rd phone that will randomly vibrate when it is on ring. I don't know what to do with it, each time I've gotten a new one it's fine for a couple of days and then starts in. Is it ME??? haha. I have to turn it off and then back on and it is fine.

The last time they 'updated' my phone it was whacky and I ended up having to get another one. I was hoping this time I can fix it on my end.

Do you have a profile manager installed?

Is it possible you're accidentally turning the volume all the way down taking it out of your pockets/purse?

Do you have the 2.2 update installed? Silent can be toggled directly from the status bar with 2.2.
