Phone ReActiviation

[Android Question]

My Stepdad went down to California and his phone some how got put on safe mode he is no longer aloud to make call or text or do anything with his phone now. we talked to the phone guy and he said we need to reactivate it. we have tried to reactivate his i110 illusion and nothing is working.

If it's in safe mode all you need to do is reboot it; If the phone has an activation app, or a number to be typed in the phone app to activate it you must do it and follow the prompts.
It might take awhile to kick in
