Phone reboots when calling and answearing calls

I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos i9082(rooted) for about 2 mounth i did not chance my rom am only using Folder Mount(root app). The problem is my phone reboots when calling and answearing calls also does that with Viber and Skype too. So i cant speak with people now. Can someone help me fix this ?

After I rooted my phone I installed chainfire3d and that app made my phone boot loop and I tried to factory reset but it didn't work then i fixed it with adb on my pc. I only uninstall Dropbox becouse I am not using it. But don't know if Dropbox is the problem

I think I also uninstaled S Voice becouse I can't find it. This could be the problem.
Do you know a way to get S Voice back or shoud I backup few thing and factory reset again?

I did a factory reset but still crashes. The first update it sed like "your device has ben changed. There is no updates" does this mean that it can't update becouse my phone is rooted ?
