Root Phone reset

Sorry abt probably a dumb question.
I rooted phone a while ago. Havent changed anything such as roms.
However have been really having issues phone recently ie: delayed response to screen touch at times quite..often need to..reboot to..get wifi working and basically phone tends to be overall sluggish

My question is if I do a total reset to factory spec do I loose root and. Twrp?

You don't lose twrp and unless you rooted with towelroot or kingroot you also won't lose root. If you do lose root you can flash the supersu zip in twrp to get root back.
