I recently purchased Quattro and was working well.After fortnight, the phone shut down and restarted on its own. I took it to Samsung service centre and they did full reset with software update. The problem still persists. Presently the phone restarts after and interval of 6 days and does this twice in 24 hrs. I am really looking for any urgent solutions.
