Phone rings when turning on

Hi,

My daughter has a HTC One SV. Recently when her phones battery dies, when she charges it and switches the phone back on, the phone starts to ring as if she has a call coming in, when there is no-one phoning.

Has anyone else heard of this?

I haven't experienced that before. Maybe someone else has other than your daughter? But I am pretty confident that this isn't normal.
 
In /system/customize/resource will be a music file which is normally used when turning the device on. Its a simple tone, but it could be playing another audio instead? Boost Mobile (K2_CL) won't hear this though, because Boost removes the command within the default.xml file located at /system/customize/CID.
