Help Phone Running Hot..Battery Draining....

All of a sudden, my phone is running something amiss...

Running warm, battery drains in 2-3 hours of non-use..

The Battery Use display says "Phone" for 40% usage, but i'm not even talking on it....?

Should i reset?

I tried my extra battery, and it did same thing...

Well it sounds like something's wrong with your CPU. Are you rooted? If so check to make sure you're not overclocking over 1.5 ghz.

I wouldn't recommend using the phone right now, as the heat can damage the battery. Take it to the store to get it fixed, it sounds like something hardware.
