Help Phone screen LCD broke

I'm using the LG optimus G E970, and yesterday dropped it in the sink. The phone was not submerged in water but it did come in contact with some water.

Didn't notice any problems until an hour later when my screen became slightlypixelated (the text is no longer smooth, nor are the icons) and there are tons of vertical colored lines whenever I go to the home screen or anything with a dark background. It looks terrible.

I want to get the screen/digitizer fixed. What is the price to get it fixed at an AT&T store with or without a warranty? How long would it take?

For LG to do it, likely more than what the phone is worth, AT&T would send it off to LG service. If you fancy DIY, probably get a screen and digitizer via Ebay or online wholesalers, iFixit is probably worth checking out.

Alright, looks like I have no choice but to buy a replacement screen/digitizer online. Wish me luck
