Help Phone set to charge only when plugging in phone

When I plug in my phone to my computer it doesn't give me the option of charge only, mass usb storage, etc...it just charges. I've tried checking and unchecking debugging in the settings/applications/development with no luck. Also have tried rebooting the phone and nothing is working.

Can anyone help with this?

Maybe you have this option ...
Settings > Storage > Menu *> USB computer connection ...

Did you try with another microUSB cable ?

Have a close look at the cable's microUSB connector and at your phone's microUSB jack ... jumped data pins will set the phone in charge-only mode.
Some dirt or fluff or bend pins might act like jumpering.
