Help Phone shows charging - not plugged in

Strange thing just happened on my Wifes's DINC4G
She looked at the phone and the battery icon showed that it was charging.
I went into settings -> battery and sure enough it displayed Charging (AC)
A reboot cleared up the issue, just wondering if anybody else has seen this. Normally something small like this would not phase me, but it with a charging issue could be indicitive of a potential hardware issue.

BTW. Phone is 100% stock, unrooted on the most recent OTA firmware.

I haven't had that issue but have the stuck wifi issue twice. It showed i was still getting a wifi connection even though it wasn't possible to have it where I was.

Must be a new feature. Phone charges automatically in your pocket or anywhere else you need to have it charged without a plug. HTC better patent that before apple does.
