I have a Galaxy Note 1 phone. For the last 2-3 weeks my phone shutdown all by itself 2-3 times a day no matter where I am at. What could cause this problem? Please help me.
Well that sucks. I bought a new battery hope that fixes the problem. I dont understand why I can watch a 2 hour movie and the battery stays cool, but if I play 15 minutes of Candy Crush it gets scorching hot.
