Help Phone speaker problem

I have a Note 3 and when I call someone on the phone and put it on speaker I can hear them for a while and then the speaker stops working. The light on the speaker is still lite up but you can't hear the person unless you put it up to your ear. If I touch the speaker button again I you can hear the person through the speaker again. This happens more often than not. Has anyone else had this problem and found a fix?

I attached a picture of the phone with with the speaker on but no volume coming out of the speaker.

Never had that happen and my wife and I use the speakerphone all the time. I'd say that was a warranty issue.
