Help phone speaker randomly not working?

About one out of every five calls I make, the party I'm calling will not be able to hear my voice, though I can hear everything they say.

What gives? How can this be fixed? Most importantly, this should be covered by warranty, right? I didn't buy the insurance when I bought the phone.

Yes it should be covered under manufacturer warranty.If the phone is pretty new.
Sounds like it could be a hardware issue,But you could try a factory set and see if that will fix it.

The times I've noticed this happening is when I'm home, where I get full bars of service and a strong signal on LTE, H+, and E.

I can't recall if it has happened anywhere else come up but I will try to make note of it in the future.

I am not yet used to the new forums so I don't see your phone listed under your username like it used to have. Are you using a Tmobile branded phone and WiFi calling when this happens? I doubt it, but I figured I would ask.
