Help phone speaking caller ID when on Silent

So awhile back my phone started speaking out the caller ID and incoming text message IDs / new email notifications. however when i put my phone on silent / vibrate mode, it still speaks the caller ID out loud. i cant figure out what is causing it to do this, not sure which app is making it happen. Anyone else have this problem?

It sounds like you may be stuck in driving mode. Try turning on the hands free mode by holding down the search key for a second or two, and then seeing if driving mode is enabled. Disable it if it is.
