Is there any way someone could come up with something to play a song when the phone loads and goes to the home screen? I have a great song I really like and want to be able to listen to it when I turn on my phone.

You would need to use the Android SDK to do that. If you are rooted it's easier, however it can be done without rooting your phone using ADB Push commands.
