Help Phone Storage Issue (Kyocera Hyrdo Life)

I have had this phone, the Kyocera Hydro Life for awhile now, and since the first day there has been an issue with its storage. Everything is fine about it, including apps, music, and things like that. But it alwasy says i have WAY to many pictures than i do. Legitimatly i have ZERO pictures on my phone yet my storage says it is completely overwheliming full, nothing else does that but the pictures settings. Ive gone through and deleted every single picture i could find and it still says my storage is clouded by to many pictures. I dont understand why it does this, both the Sd card AND the phone storage both do this, yet my internal storage isnt affected. It doesnt let me update, download, or take pictures at all because my storage is too full from pictures that arent even there. Please if someone could help id greatly appriciate it!!

In the first section of this sub-forum there is a guide regarding storage. If you have not read this(even though it states Apps) please read. That may be why there are no replies to this yet.

Could you link the sub-forum to me regarding storage issues? i can't seem to find it :( id greatl apprictiate it!:)
