Help phone storage low, one drive missing

I have an HTC Droid Incredible that isn't even #2, it's the original. I have a 'phone storage low' message, even though the phone shows 4.69GB of space available out of 6.60GB. I tried to connect phone to my Mac to remove the videos I've taken, but only one drive appears now - there used to be at least two, if not three - and the videos are not on the one that is still there. I tried it on my husband's PC and he only saw one drive as well. I've already tried deleting some suspect apps, but no luck. What to try next? I appreciate your help.

Sounds as if one of the "internal drives" (they're really more like SD cards) went bad. That would require a trip to the shop.
