Phone Storage Question

So when I go to SD Card and Phone Storage. It lists everything all out. Under my phone memory it says Total Space: 748MB. I thought this phone had 512mb rom? Anyone else seeing this?
 
Your eyes are not decieving you. It does have 748mb of app storage space. This is the main reason i bought the incredible. My eris only had 160-170mb and was full within a week. I have had my incredible for all of 6 hours and have over 100mb on it, and i've not installed the larger apps yet as i don't need them right away.
