phone storage space is getting low

I have this same problem, and it is not an issue of getting a bigger SD card. I have everything moved to the SD card that I can possibly move, and my storage space keeps getting less and less. I have a total of three programs that cannot be moved, other than the stuff that comes preloaded that you cannot uninstall. I do NOT have a ton of programs or pictures on my phone!
