phone storage

my phone says its low on storgae so i can't text. i've cleared everything but the downloaded pics (can't get them off...not that many). what am i doing wrong or how do i fix this?

You might want to also delete some of your apps that you don't use too much. There _might_ be other solutions, but it would probably require your device to be rooted.

How about music? Videos?

Some phones come with so much storage that you probably won't live long enough to fill it all. Some come with a phone, a screen and a tiny bit of storage to put a few apps on. You can't pour a gallon of milk into a quart container.
