Root Phone stuck at lg logo

I need help my phone is stuck at lg logo and it was caused by installing beats audio installer.

boot into recovery and see if your device is recognized by your computer. if you can get the phone recognized you might be able to reflash back to zv4 using lgnpst and the jcase root tot file. another user had this problem and ended up having to take back his device. beats audio is a big no for the optimus elite.

ok since the computer can recognize your device,use button combo to boot into stock recovery,then connect phone to pc,dont do anything in recovery just let it sit there while you reflash the jcase root tot. i assume you already have performed that method before.
