Help Phone stuck at logo screen

I can still access the download and reset menu, power up/down and home button.

mine is an unlocked simfree version. I tried to download the android software from the samsung update website but i think I downloaded the wrong one.

before I was on T-Mobile but now I get the o2 logo when the phone starts, it then just sticks on the samsung logo screen,

all this started from me trying to, and failing to root my phone, now I fear I've totally broke it and samsung wont cover it as rooting breaks the warranty

how can I recover it so its in working order, I'm a total newbie
 
Try flashing it again mate but with the right firmware (unbranded). If that doesnt work, factory reset. Dont worry man it isnt a brick :thumbup:
 
can you send me a link please. if I go to samsung-updates.com it askes me for a version number which I have no idea how I get it, as my phone wont turn on
